Privacy
This is a personal site. It has no accounts, no forms, no comments and no analytics. I don’t collect your name, your email address or anything you do here, and there’s no database behind this page for any of it to go into.
What reaches other people
Everything on these pages, fonts included, comes from this site, so your browser doesn’t contact anyone else to show them.
Hosting. The site runs on Vercel, whose servers keep ordinary request logs, which include IP addresses. I don’t read them and I don’t build anything from them.
Links away from here
Links to the App Store, Google Play, GitHub and the projects themselves go to services with their own privacy policies, and this one stops at the edge of this site.
Storage on your device
If you use the light and dark toggle, your choice is saved in
localStorage under the key theme. It never leaves your
browser and I can’t read it. Clearing site data removes it.
The site also hides seven Moons. To keep track of them, it saves which ones
you’ve found and how far you’ve got with the rest: the project pages you’ve
visited, the school and game cards you’ve opened, and the headline endings
you’ve seen. It also saves whether the chime that plays when you find one is
on or off. All of that starts on your first visit, stays in your browser
under the key moons, and never reaches me. Clearing site data
removes it, and so does this button:
The chime is made in your browser, so no sound file is loaded for it.
Your language isn’t saved anywhere. The site is in English at its usual
addresses and in Portuguese under /pt-BR/, and the switch in the
header is a plain link between the two.
